This site exists so you can join the Beza waitlist before our first drop. By using it, you agree to these terms. They're short, because right now the site is simple.

This website is operated by BEZA LLC, a California limited liability company ("Beza", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't obligate you to buy anything, and it doesn't obligate us to anything either. It isn't a reservation, a pre-order, or a guarantee of product availability, pricing, or launch timing. Launch dates (including the "Fall 2026" date shown on the site) are targets and may change.

You agree to submit only an email address you own or are authorized to use.

Everything on this site, the Beza name and logo, photography, text, and design, belongs to BEZA LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written consent. Sharing the site itself? Always welcome.

Beza™ is a trademark of BEZA LLC. The mark is currently unregistered; BEZA LLC claims common-law trademark rights in the Beza name and logo, and the process of obtaining U.S. federal registration is underway. Unauthorized use of the Beza name or logo, including on products, packaging, or marketing, is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
• Submit email addresses that aren't yours, or use automated tools to submit entries.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it fast, accurate, and online, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or take down any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEZA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Given that the site currently collects one email field, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

When Beza launches as a full online store, these terms will be replaced with expanded terms covering purchases, shipping, returns, and payments. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEZA LLC and its members, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@bezaheadwear.com and give us 30 days to work it out informally, most things can be.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and BEZA LLC regarding the site.
