Questions
What counts as a small head for hats?
Roughly 55 centimeters and under, measured just above the eyebrows. Most one-size caps are built around 57 to 58.
Can you make a big hat fit a small head?
Only partway. Cinching an adjustable cap bunches the fabric at the back and the crown still tents. A sized hat fixes both.
How do I measure my head for a hat?
Wrap a soft tape just above your eyebrows around the widest point at the back. Measure twice and use the larger number.
