Questions

Can you wear a hat during Pilates?

Yes, if it fits close enough to stay put through position changes. A loose cap slides the first time you go face down.

What matters most in a studio hat?

Grip without pressure. The hat should stay seated through inversions and rolling without leaving a band mark.

Do I need a different hat for Pilates than for running?

Not necessarily. A light, close-fitting performance cap handles both. The studio just exposes loose fit faster.
